This is not the greatest films in the world.  This is just a tribute.

And a pretty good one….

YouTube Sundays – Welcome Home

Posted by Steve

As you may or may not know, over the official podcast for this blog The Geek Out Loud army and myself have started a campaign to get yours truly a guest spot on The Force Cast, the official podcast of In case you are unfamiliar with the Force Cast, below you can watch a short video introducing you to the podcast and the the hosts of the show. (Pete is not with the show right now, but we are all hoping he will be able to return in the future.) So, give the show a listen and then e-mail the guys with the subject line Big Honkin’ idea and encourage them to let Big Honkin’ Steve (that’s me) sit in on one of their round table discussions about the new Clone Wars series.

YouTube Sundays – Coolest Guy On the Internet…Seriously

Posted by Steve

Just pretend it’s Sunday and you’ve stumbled upon this post.

Here are a few things you need to know prior to watching:

1. The person you will see in the following video is known to me as Cory El. I first met him on the Starkville House of El forums and have come to know him pretty well over recent weeks.

2.  Cory is one of the coolest people I know and is a master of all things photoshoppy.

3.  I am fully aware that since the release of Wayne’s World, tons of people have done things with the song….but knowing how cool and laid back Cory is makes this super funny.

So, enjoy the video, favorite it, and let’s make my friend Cory famous.

YouTube Sundays – I Want to See This Series

Posted by Steve

It’s no secret that I have been lovin’ me some Clone Wars.  I think it’s a very well-produced show with a lot going against it and it succeeds week after week as it pertains to the show’s ratings as well as it’s quality.

Having said that, the following fan made trailer for an animated series that will most likely never see the light of day makes me wish for two different things.

First, I’d love to see Dave Filoni and crew (or someone just as talented) remake the original trilogy in this animation style.  I don’t really know why.  It just looked so cool, I think it would be a neat project.

Secondly, I want to see the post-rebellion era series.  The trailer got me stoked and made me sad at the same time.  It’s awesome, but I know we’ll never see the series.  Sadness.
