My personal favorite portrayal was the Batman cartoons of the 90's. He looked like the harmless prankster, but anything could set him off to insane killer. But they all are great. I can't wait to see where Starscream ends up on this list. He is the quintesential bad guy because he worked against the Autobots and had his own plots against the Decepticons.
